Cancellation Policy 

1. Cancellation/ No Show Policy for Appointment
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to

emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another bride from having the appointment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another bride fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a appointment, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance your £10 deposit will become non-refundable.

2. Lateness
We understand that delays can happen; however, we must try to keep the other appointments on time.

If you are running late, please make contact with us. 

Please be aware that on most days, we are fully booked and, therefore, we cannot extend your appointment past the original end time.

We will try to contact you after 15 minutes. If no contact is made, or you are unreachable after 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and this will be classed as a no-show.
